These terms apply when you use the Crewly website and when you engage our crew for a project.
Using this website
You may browse and share this site freely. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the contact form or send unlawful content through it.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any timeline, scope or price we mention becomes binding only in a written proposal or agreement we both accept.
Project work
Each project runs under its own agreement covering scope, milestones, payment terms and handover. Those terms take priority over this page.
Intellectual property
The Crewly name, logo and site content belong to Crewly. Work we deliver transfers to you as set out in your project agreement.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always available.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Crewly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Changes
